When does each QR platform make sense?
A quick read before the full breakdown.
Choose Uniqode if:
- You want QR Codes, Linkpages, and Forms in one account instead of three tools.
- You manage QR Codes across multiple locations or teams.
- You want scan data in the marketing tools you already use, like GA4, your CRM, or your ad platform.
- You need enterprise-grade security certifications like SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO 27001.
- You need pricing that scales with your team and requirements.
Choose Flowcode if:
- You want an artist-designed QR Code. Flowcode's are the best-looking on the market.
- You're running one small campaign, not an ongoing program.
- You don't need deep campaign analytics or integration with your existing marketing stack.
- Flowcode's Pro Plus plan ($25/month for 50 QR Codes) covers the job, and you're confident you won't need to scale up to the $250/month Growth plan.

Where Flowcode is the better choice
Flowcode is a good choice for design-led QR Code campaigns. If the QR Code itself is the creative asset, a design-forward piece for a campaign or launch, then Flowcode's artist-designed QR Codes are the best-looking option on the market.
For 2 to 50 QR Codes at $25/month, Flowcode Pro Plus is a fair plan. For a one-off campaign with no marketing stack to connect, its free tier may be all you need.
Beyond that point, when you add more QR Codes, compliance requirements, real integrations, or need live support, the value shifts toward Uniqode.

FAQ — Uniqode vs. Flowcode
What's the best Flowcode alternative?
Uniqode is the best Flowcode alternative for teams that scale QR Codes: more QR Codes per plan, higher scan limits, GPS-level analytics, marketing-stack integrations, and 24/7 support, at a lower long-term cost. If QR Code designs matter the most, Flowcode leads.
Can I move my existing Flowcode QR Codes to Uniqode?
Yes. You can move your Flowcode QR Codes to Uniqode, if your QR Codes are on your own custom domain. Those move over and keep working as before. QR Codes without a custom domain can't move, so you can continue to run them on Flowcode until your contract ends and build your new campaigns on Uniqode.
Will I lose my scan history when I switch?
No. Your scan history lives in Flowcode until your account closes, so export it as a CSV before you leave and you'll have a permanent copy. Uniqode starts tracking each code fresh from the day it moves over.
Do I have to reprint anything?
You don't need to reprint QR Codes if you used a custom domain for creating QR Codes on Flowcode. Your existing Flowcode QR Codes can be migrated to Uniqode and will keep working everywhere they're already printed: packaging, mailers, TV spots, and more. If you did not use a custom domain, your existing QR Codes will stop working when your Flowcode contract ends. For those campaigns, you'll need to plan new prints if you want to keep them running.
How long does a migration take?
You can start creating QR Codes on Uniqode the same week. Your existing codes move over while your Flowcode term winds down, and a dedicated customer success manager handles the whole thing at no extra cost to you.
Can I keep the short links my codes already use?
Yes. Your QR Code links keep the same web address and path after the move, so a QR Code printed with say, yourbrand.com/spring-promo, works exactly as before.
