The Personal Data We receive can be broadly classified into three categories as mentioned below, such data helps Us personalize and continually improve Our Website Services and Your experience:

  • When You sign-up for any of Our Website Service(s) by agreeing to the Terms, We collect sign-up and account information including but not limited to Your name, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card details;

Uniqode provides Your Personal Data to third parties who are obligated to use the Personal Data that We share with them for the purpose of provision of their services to Us, or in order to help Us provide Website Services to You. These third parties include but are not limited to business partners, suppliers, sub-contractors, advertisers & advertising networks, analytics & search engine providers, payment providers for providing back-up, storage, payment processing, analytics, and marketing services. We may also share with third parties de-identified, aggregated data that does not personally identify You. For example, We use Stripe to manage Our payments, but We reserve the right to change this service provider at any time for any reason. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards. Your credit card information will also be subject to Our payment processor’s privacy policy in addition to Ours. We are not responsible for Customers’ privacy or security practices which may be different from this Privacy Policy. Customers are solely responsible for establishing policies for and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as any and all privacy policies, agreements, or other obligations, relating to the collection of Personal Data in connection with the use of the Website Services by End-Users.
