How Kimberly uses Uniqode
Per-location review codes, so a guest's rating lands on the right restaurant.

The challenge
A multi-brand restaurant group runs many individual locations, and the two things head office most needs from each of them are intensely local. A single corporate review link is useless: a guest in one town has to land on that restaurant's review page or the rating goes to the wrong place. Hiring works the same way: each location recruits for itself. Printing centrally and deploying locally is the only practical model, and it breaks the moment one code has to mean different things in different places.
The solution
The group made the location the unit of tracking rather than the brand. Each restaurant gets its own review code, so a generic "leave us a review" ask becomes a per-restaurant signal head office can compare across the estate. Every code carries the date of its print run, so a refresh is attributable rather than confused with the version it replaced. A recruiting system and a scheduling tool sit alongside the review codes, which means hiring and catering enquiries run through the same instrumented layer as marketing.
How Kimberly puts it to work
One review code per location
Each restaurant's code points at its own review destination, so guest feedback is attributed to the restaurant that earned it and head office can compare locations directly.
Print run dated on every code
Code names carry the date of the material they were made for. When a piece is refreshed, its performance is separable from the version before it.
Hiring and catering on the same layer
Codes route to an applicant tracking system and a scheduling tool as well as to marketing destinations, so recruitment and enquiries are measured the same way.
Working codes duplicated as templates
Rather than rebuilding a code from scratch for each new location, an existing one is duplicated so the design settings carry over, visible in the naming, and the reason a rollout of this size stayed consistent.

04 · The outcome
The estate was instrumented in one systematic rollout rather than drifting into place, and the spread held: no single location or placement carries the numbers. For a design built specifically to distribute measurement across locations, that even distribution is the result worth reporting.
