How Sammy uses Uniqode
One code per flavour and market, pointed at the places customers already follow.
for account longevity across all Uniqode customers
for portfolio breadth across all Uniqode accounts
of all scanning from a single regional product code
The challenge
A drinks maker needs a way to send customers from its packaging, point-of-sale material and trade collateral to somewhere useful, whether that is the company site or a social page for a particular market, and to see which of those codes is actually being picked up.
The solution
Atomic Drinks gives each product and market its own dynamic code, named by product line and region so the set stays readable. Most of them send people to social pages, with a smaller group pointing at the main company site, and a few act as digital business cards for individual team members. Because the codes are dynamic, a destination can be changed after the packaging has gone to print.
How Sammy puts it to work
A code for each product and market
Codes are named by product line and region, so a market-specific pack or leaflet can report on itself instead of disappearing into a brand-wide total.
Social destinations for consumer-facing packs
Most codes route to social pages for a market, which turns a printed pack into a way to follow the brand.
A main-site route for the rest
A smaller group sends people to the company website, keeping the corporate destination separate from the consumer one.
Business cards for individual people
A few codes are digital business cards, so a trade contact can leave with the details rather than a printed card.

04 · The outcome
This is one of the longer-running accounts on the platform and it has been built up steadily rather than in one burst. The most-scanned code is a regional product code, which accounts for 41% of all scanning.
